How Sellers In San Antonio Should Prepare For Listing Photos

When you begin the process of selling your home, it is very important to properly prepare your home for real estate photography. Follow these tips and your home will be captured in its best light!

OUTSIDE
Photos will be taken of the front and back:

-Remove lawn equipment, toys, signs, and clutter from the property.
-Mow the lawn, trim bushes, and spruce up all landscaping.
-Remove holiday decorations or seasonal decor.
-Close garage doors.
-Move all vehicles from driveway and from in front of home.

INSIDE
Photos will be taken of all the main rooms, and others that are selling features.

-De-clutter kitchen by putting away dishes, clearing off counters, etc.
-Put away stacks of mail, magazines, and stacks of paper.
-Add special touches such as flowers, table settings, towels in the baths, etc.
-Open blinds or curtains to let in natural light.
-Turn on every single light in the home including lamps.
-Remove pets from the home and secure them outdoors.
